Atalaya Emotion

Welcome to Atalaya Emotion - a new project in Atalaya, on the Eastern edge of Estepona. This new project consists of 63 apartments with 2 or 3 bedrooms spread over six buildings and across two phases of construction.

The homes have large terraces framed with glass railings that allow uninterrupted views of the urbanization, the sea or the mountains depending on the location of the property. Part of the terraces on the top floor are covered with pergolas that filter the light, while on the ground floors they have covered porches and open terraces. The blocks are arranged at different levels that adapt to the slope of the land.

The properties will be available in different orientations (south, east, southeast and west) to be able to satisfy the demand of any client.
